Our terms and conditions of trading are in compliance with  the new Distance Selling Regulations. They are 
designed to ensure that all of our customers can shop easily and with confidence at Ribera Classics.

Ordering
Orders may be placed by e-mailing us at enquiries@riberaclassics.com.  Telephone orders will also be accepted  provided they are confirmed in writing within three days, either by fax on 01577 862769 or e-mail as stated. 

As soon as an order is placed, the Purchaser is deemed to have agreed and is bound by, the terms and conditions herein described by Ribera Classics.

Pricing
Whilst every effort is made to hold prices steady, the prices charged will be those prevailing at date of despatch.
All prices are subject to the addition of Value Added Tax and are in £ (U.K. Pounds Sterling) exclusive of delivery charges.

Ribera Classics reserves the right to revise their prices without prior notice.

Payment
All major credit cards are accepted.  Cheques should be made payable to Ribera Classics.

Delivery and Force Majeure
Ribera Classics will endeavour to deliver goods promptly but shall not be liable to the Purchaser in the event of non-delivery, or delay in delivering of the whole, or any part of the goods invoiced, caused directly or indirectly by act of God, elements of war, act of government, strikes or lock-outs, or any reason beyond the reasonable control of   Ribera Classics.

Delivery of all orders will be charged at current carriers' rates.  The Purchaser will be notified of relevant carriage charges prior to order being despatched.

Order cancellation
Please note that you are entitled to cancel any orders placed if you so wish provided that you exercise your right no longer than seven working days after the day on which you receive the Products.

Returns
Ribera Classics offers a full refund on all undamaged goods that are returned by the Purchaser within fourteen days of receipt.  The cost of returning goods to Ribera Classics for refund is the responsibility of the Purchaser.

Claims
Goods must be inspected upon receipt and claims for damages or short-deliveries notified, in writing, to Ribera Classics within four days of delivery.

Failure to give such notification as aforesaid shall render the Purchaser liable for payment of all goods as invoiced and the Purchaser shall have no further right to reject goods or recover any compensation thereof.

Damaged goods must be returned to Ribera Classics  before replacement goods can be despatched.

No returns shall be accepted without prior authorisation of Ribera Classics.

Payment Terms

Duly notified disputes regarding shortages, or damage to goods shall not entitle the Purchaser to delay payment of the balance of goods delivered as detailed on the invoice within the period of the current month of invoice, as aforesaid and the buyer shall make payment to Ribera Classics for all goods in dispute.

Reservation of Title
Notwithstanding delivery of goods, legal and beneficial ownership of such goods shall remain with Ribera Classics until such time as payment of the amount stated on the invoice is received by Ribera Classics.  Until payment of goods delivered, the Purchaser shall take all necessary measures for protection (including insurance) of the goods and shall not attempt to deal with or pass on ownership of the goods to any third party without the written consent of  Ribera Classics.

Statutory Rights
Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions of Sale will affect your statutory rights.

Law
The proper law of any agreement is Scottish Law and all disputes arising out of this agreement or its operations or effect shall be dealt with by the Scottish Courts.

Copyright
